Crush Your Fundraising Goal: All Crush It for Cancer teams are responsible for raising a minimum amount in support of local families facing cancer. We will work with your team to come up with a plan to help reach your goal, and will provide support every step of the way! As your team makes its way through each new activity, you’ll be helping hundreds of families in our community…for example, every $1000 you raise gives the gift of Cancer Coaching to a local family like Charlynne’s. When you crush your goal, you can feel proud that you helped make a difference in someone’s life!

Team Fundraising Minimum: Your team will share a fundraising goal for this event. Participation and fundraising is more fun in a group, so get your family and friends together to join you! The team goal works out to be an average of $800 per participant.

Explore New Fitness Trends: Fitness is important, but a lot of us have difficulty finding the right classes to motivate us. Crush It gives your team a hands-on opportunity to explore the newest trends in fitness and discover a new exercise that is perfect for you. Use Crush It as the jumping off point to reaching your fitness goals.

Focus on Balance: Health is more than physical fitness, it’s about taking care of the entire self. At Crush It, your team will have the chance to explore and learn what wellness looks like for each of you. Through activities like yoga, mindfulness exercises, massages and the different stops in our wellness marketplace, there will be many opportunities for you to discover what helps you relax and recharge.

Overall, you’re going to Crush It for Cancer: by the time your team completes the last circuit stop at Crush It, you’ll feel amazing knowing that your efforts have helped change someone’s life for the better. Every dollar your team raised will stay right here in our community, helping save lives like Ramona’s through clinical trials and helping care for people through their experience with cancer.
